Open the 
Copy Permission Set window.
You can create a new permission set that is based on an existing permission set. For example, if you want some of your users to have different permissions, you can create a copy of an existing permission set. Then, you can make the relevant changes to the new permission set.
You can create a copy of an existing permission set in the Microsoft Dynamics NAV Windows client and the Microsoft Dynamics NAV Web client.
