Open the 
Posted Service Shipment window.
Contains service orders that have been shipped. In this window, you can also view a posted service shipment document the program produces when you post a service invoice created manually. In this case, the program produces a posted shipment only if the Shipment on Invoice field in the Service Mgt. Setup window contains a check mark.
The Posted Service Shipment window is very similar to the Service Order window, but it contains additional information about the shipment. It contains a header with FastTabs for various types of information about the shipment, as well as lines with details about the items that were serviced.
For help about a specific field, click the field and press F1.
