Open the Troubleshooting window.
Contains the troubleshooting guidelines that you have set up. In this window, you can create a card for each new set of troubleshooting guidelines that you want to record in the program.
The Troubleshooting window is composed of two parts:

The header, which contains the code and description of the troubleshooting guidelines.

The lines, which contain the text of the troubleshooting guidelines.
When you view the troubleshooting for a service item, the program first searches for troubleshooting assigned directly to the service item. If not found, the program searches for troubleshooting assigned to the item related to the service item. If not found, it searches for the one assigned to the service item group related to the service item.
For Help about a specific field, click the field and press F1.
