Open the 
Service Contract Template window.
Contains information about service contract templates that have been set up. You can use contract templates as a predefined layout for service contracts that includes the most commonly used service contract details. For example, this can be account information, invoice period, service period and contract group.
In this window, you can create new contract templates.
For Help about a specific field, click the field and press F1.
