Open the 
Contract Statistics window.
Specifies the status of the service contract based on service ledger entries as of the current date. The General FastTab of the Contract Statistics window shows such information as the invoiced amount, discount amount, prepaid amount and profit amount.
The service contract statistics provides you with a quick overview of the contents of the entire service contract, the details in the specific service contract lines and information related to both costs and profit.
The amounts in the statistics window are presented in LCY.

The total sum
The fields in this window show the following information:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
Invoiced Amount | This field contains the net amount of all invoiced service item lines in the service contract. |
Discount Amount | This field shows the amount of discount for the entire service contract. |
Cost Amount | This field shows the total amount of costs for all service item lines in the service contract. |
Profit Amount | This field shows the amount of profit, after the costs have been subtracted from the amount that has been invoiced. |
Profit % | This field shows the amount of profit as percentage of the invoiced amount. |
Prepaid Amount | This field shows the sum of all amounts that have been prepaid. |
Total Amount | This field shows the sum of the invoiced amount and the prepaid amount. |
Profit Amount | This field shows the amount of profit, after the cost amount has been subtracted from the total amount. |
Profit % | This field shows the profit amount as percentage of the total amount. |
