Open the 
Contract Gain/Loss (Contract) window.
Displays all of the contract gain/loss entries for a particular service contract.
In the Contract Gain/Loss (Contract) window, you can set filters to determine the information the program will display on the lines. You can set filters on the following fields:
| Filter | Description |
|---|---|
Contract No. Filter | Enter the service contract number of which you want to view its gains or losses. |
Period Start | Enter a period start date if you want the program only to display gains or losses from that date onwards. |
You select a time interval in the View by field.
In the View as field, you select the type of amount that will be displayed.
After you fill in the fields in the Contract Gain/Loss (Contract) window, you choose Show Matrix to view the matrix.
You cannot modify the contents of the fields in the matrix.
The Contract Gain/Loss (Service Contracts) matrix has four columns:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
Period Start | Shows the date that the period over which an overview of gains or losses are calculated starts. |
Period Name | Shows the name of the period. For example, Monday, January, 1999. |
Total Movement | Shows the total change in annual amount on the service contract. |
Contract No. | Shows the contract no. and the value in the total movement column. |
