When using Microsoft Social Engagement (MSE) for Microsoft Dynamics NAV some limitations exist for this release:

Vertical scrolling in the Social Engagement factbox does not work for iOS.

On the Microsoft Dynamics NAV Web client, you can experience that the Social Engagement factbox asks repeatedly for authentication when you use Internet Explorer. This issue can be fixed by going to Internet Options, on the Security tab, and clear the Enable Protected Mode check box in Internet Explorer.

The Social Engagement factbox for the Microsoft Dynamics NAV Windows client is not fully supported. This issue can be fixed by using the Microsoft Dynamics NAV Web client to authenticate to MSE and then return to the Microsoft Dynamics NAV Windows client.

Drill-down in the Social Engagment factbox in Microsoft Dynamics NAV for tablets is not supported. Trying to use the drill-down option on Android and iOS will require a restart of Microsoft Dynamics NAV for tablets.
