You can set up interaction templates as models for the interactions you use frequently. Interaction templates are used as a model to create new interactions. When creating interactions, you must always specify an interaction template code.
To set up an interaction template
In the Search box, enter Interaction Templates, and then choose the related link.
On the Home tab, in the New group, choose New.
Fill in the Code, Interaction Group, Description, and Wizard Action fields.
Fill in the other relevant fields on the line for the new interaction template.
After you have entered information about the interaction template, you can create an attachment, for example, a Microsoft Word document. Repeat the steps to set up as many interaction templates as you want.
